To Battle!
Kansas City WildLands Annual Honeysuckle Battle

Saturday, November 6, 2010
9:00 AM-Noon

Join us for our biggest restoration event of the year as we battle the  dread shrub honeysuckle that threatens Kansas City's beautiful wild places on several sites at once. This is a GREAT group workday! Check back here for locations summer 2010.

This is a great opportunity to do hands-on restoration and conservation work on our urban area's ever-dwindling wild acres. You will help make a difference to the wild areas of Kansas City that will be evident for years to come!

To register for a site or for more information, call Linda Lehrbaum at 816-561-1061, ext. 116 or e-mail linda@bridgingthegap.org.

Got a group?

Looking for a wonderful group volunteer opportunity? From September through early May, Kansas City WildLands offers restoration opportunities on several sites throughout the region. Workdays can be arranged most days of the week for a group of 15 or more.

For more information or to arrange for a group restoration workday, contact Linda Lehrbaum, Kansas City WildLands coordinator, at 816-561-1061, ext. 116 or linda@bridgingthegap.org.
